One Potato Review

An unlikely but felicitous pairing of Eric Carle’s minimalist stain glass artwork and McLerran’s slightly breathless prose. A bird flirts. A mountain weeps. Across many generations and migrations, nature gains a toehold in even the most redoubtable barrenness; you see the end coming but there’s something almost biblical about its relentless roots and seeds. Cool shapes for the epically disinclined.
