The stubborn young soul becomes an artist, in spite of what they try to teach him at school. There is nominally some compromise tucked into the plotting, still this is a story defined by pure outrage at being asked to copy a pilgrim for the Thanksgiving art project. And make no mistake: it’s autobiographical, just in case you were wondering who was right in the end.
