Town is by the Sea

One Potato Review

Soulful and satisfying. A boy wakes up to the sound of the sea, visits the grave of his grandfather, eats a simple family dinner, and imagines his father digging for coal at the bottom of the sea. “One day, it will be my turn. I’m a miner’s son. In my town, that’s the way it goes,” acknowledges the boy, but you kind of get the feeling he was meant for bigger things – a career in green energy perhaps? – such is the scope of his dreaming.
